At All Star College Counseling, we believe every student deserves a clear path to their future. Founded by Julie Arlotti, a dedicated educator with 30 years of experience in secondary education, our mission is to help students who feel stuck or overwhelmed by the college application and preparation process.

Julie has held various roles, including counselor, teacher, Director of School, and academic advisor. With her deep understanding of academic planning and NCAA athletic expectations, she specializes in guiding students—whether they are college-bound scholars, aspiring athletes, or those unsure of their next steps.

Empowering students and athletes to reach their full potential is at the heart of our mission. We envision a future where every individual has access to quality college counseling and guidance, paving the way for a brighter tomorrow.
Before working with Julie, I felt lost. My GPA was barely enough to apply to college, and my high school coach didn’t believe I had a future in football because of it. I didn’t know where to start or how to find the right school that would give me a chance.

Julie changed everything. She not only helped me find a college that was the perfect fit for both football and academics, but she also guided me in setting goals and finding purpose beyond the game. Thanks to her support, I earned a full-ride scholarship to play football and pursue my education in Montana—an opportunity that meant everything to me and my single mother.

Four years later, I graduated with a Bachelor of Science and have now been recruited to play football internationally. None of this would have been possible without Julie’s guidance, encouragement, and belief in me when others didn’t. She helped me turn my dreams into reality.

Julie helped me clarify my goals, plan my academics, and find the right schools that were a great fit for me so that I could continue to sing while also getting a degree in a marketable field. She walked me through the application process to make sure I had the best chance possible with each school that I applied to. She also assisted with scholarships and financial aid, which my parents were thrilled about! The checklists and organizational skills that Julie provided made the application process so much easier. I felt more confident after working with Julie, knowing that my applications were submitted correctly and to the schools that were right for me!
